Product Success Director— Individual with strong communication, project management, computer and problem solving skills

Responsible for managing a specific book of customers, these responsibilities include acceptable, consistent and comprehensive customer interaction and communication with an overall objective to maximize customer satisfaction. Other Responsibilities Include:

·         Ensuring proper return on investments

·         Acting as a liaison between the customer and all levels of the manufacturing process

·         Ensuring that information about the customer’s products are being directed to the appropriate people to meet pricing, production and delivery expectations

·         Purchase sales order and product on time delivery management

·         Non-conforming material administration

·         Preparation of all quotations for current and new customers.

·         Assessing corporate, financial, or legal risk associated with sales and the maintaining of an on-going comparative review of the cost of materials against the quoted cost.

Job Title: Electronic Manufacturing Documentation & Production Engineer*

Job Description:

The Documentation and Production Engineer will be expected to:

·         Actively support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Quality  

·         Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, with the design and implementation of assembly jigs and fixtures

·         Direct coordination with Customers to integrate product and design changes

·         Coordination of engineering and production activities with Product Success Teams

·         Resolves all production and engineering issues with Product Success Teams and Customers

·         Ensure error free documentation of new products into production, involving all areas from product, design, materials. This is critical to the efficiency of the production build.

·         Assist in daily support to Production on the floor

·         Facilitate smooth production implementation on SMT, Through-Hole, and Hand Assembly Lines  

Skills Required

The successful candidate should:

·         Exhibit excellence in verbal and written communication

·         Have experience with electronic components and the ability to read a schematic is essential

·         Have experience with current manufacturing processes, such as, Surface Mount Technology and Through Hole Technology, Consisting of Ball Grid Array, Press Fit Connectors, and other cutting edge manufacturing processes.

·       Exhibit excellence in planning, project management, and scheduling

·       Have extensive knowledge of MRP systems/JDE One World would be an asset

Procurement Clerk— Strong team player, self-starter, good organizational skills (must be able to interact with the customer and all levels of management).

Responsible for providing administrative support to Materials Department, maintaining information on computer systems, preparing standard requests for quotation and purchase requisitions, as well as contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.

Other Responsibilities Include:

·         Assist with general clerical duties including placing orders, processing requisitions, and maintaining records of purchases or other material related records, expediting delivery of purchased items, processing of shippers, claims, tracers, and checking of freight bills.

·         Review procurement documents/packages to ensure completeness.

·         Resolves shipping/receiving problems especially those related to transportation carriers.

·         Coordinate prompt material deliveries from suppliers and/or carriers with minimum support from buyers.

·          Purchase maintenance repair and operation (MRO) direct material; under strict guidelines

·         Assignments may require initiative regarding pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions, invoice discrepancies, etc.

Purchasing Agent— Individual with strong customer service focus and problem solving abilities

Responsible for negotiating with vendors the purchase price of electronic components and other materials in support of production

Other Responsibilities Include:

·         Reviewing commodity requirements and timing of the buy

·         Communicating with vendors and Product Success Directors to provide ongoing delivery status

·         Generating purchasing documents, including purchase orders and other related transactions in our ERP business system

·         Amending P.O.’s in process and adjusts the system when changes occur

·         Expediting past due purchase orders

·         Dispositions of non-conforming materials

·         Supporting quotation process

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Minimum of two- (2) years purchasing experience in a related environment or an equivalent combination of education/experience
